Ready-to-hang, barnwood frame
This piece is inspired by a hike at Summit Lake. I wanted to incorporate biomaterials like moss and crushed shell into the piece, using tactile elements to make the scene more dynamic. Also, the plant matter features was mainly taken from our backyard in Franktown; I felt it was important to emulate parts of the alpine tundra without removing matter from the park.
