Celebration's Horseshoe Bend honors the iconic beauty of the Southwest, with a Zuni sun hovering over the horizon and Ganado-inspired symbols from weaving as a decorative border. While drawing on the region’s visual language, I approached this piece with respect and admiration, mindful that it reflects my personal interpretation rather than claiming ownership of Native traditions. It’s a quiet tribute to the enduring landscapes and cultural heritage that shape the American Southwest’s identity.
